This page explains how NumLocation handles refunds, cancellations, and billing disputes.

Refund Eligibility

Refund eligibility depends on the plan purchased, the billing cycle, and whether services have already been substantially delivered.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us as soon as possible with the purchase date, amount charged, and the account used during checkout.

  • Duplicate or accidental charges are reviewed with priority
  • Unauthorized transactions may require payment verification
  • Promotional or discounted purchases may be subject to separate refund conditions

Subscription Cancellations

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewal charges but does not automatically create a refund for amounts already billed, unless required by law or confirmed by our billing team.

How to Request a Refund

Refund requests should be submitted through the support channel available from the app. Include the reason for the request and any supporting details that help us validate the billing event.

Approved refunds are typically returned to the original payment method. Processing times vary depending on your bank or card provider.
